Jens Ritter's DAYDREAM MELODIES are silent. But they trigger memories, resurrecting melodies which occur from deep inside, from long ago, back into our consciousness.
"Over the last years, I discovered that if I see an electric guitar or even a picture, sketch or object which reminds me of an electric guitar - it recollects immediately a sound, a riff, sometimes even a song from my memory - and brings it straight to my consciousnesses. When I create the Daydream Melodies, I focus on the language of form, not on the language of sound."
